Set aside specific time slots in your calendar for silence and solitude, whether in the early morning, during lunch breaks, or before bed. Treat this time as sacred and commit to it.

2. Create a sacred space: Designate a specific area as your personal sanctuary for spiritual practices. It could be a cozy corner with cushions, candles, and meaningful objects. Make it a peaceful and inviting space to retreat and connect with your inner self.
