My journey led me down a path of continuous self-investment. I accumulated qualifications, certifications, and knowledge in various fields, from becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in holistic chronic pain management to delving deep into nutritional, nervous system, hormonal education, and certifications. I added a certified yoga instructor, Reiki Level 1 practitioner, business management certifications, and wellness and life coach certification to my repertoire. I even immersed myself in the realms of psychology and spiritual studies.

But here's the secret I discovered along the way: None of those qualifications, no matter how impressive, could provide what I truly needed when I hit rock bottom. When my first son was diagnosed with an ultra-rare genetic condition, my world unraveled. I found myself exhausted, moody, unfocused, and plagued by hormonal imbalances, skin issues, and pelvic pain. I felt utterly lost, unable to help him or even myself.

I tried every superficial solution available, but none of them provided lasting relief. My exhaustion persisted, my mood remained unstable, and my health deteriorated. I realized that there was a missing piece to the puzzle—one that went beyond qualifications and certifications.
