The truth is, is that the subconscious brain wants you to keep thinking and acting the same as you always have. Its top priority is safety. Most people go around completely unaware they are exhibiting signs that they are READY to experience real transformation. This happens because the undercurrent of the subconscious brain is thwarting goals and dreams of wellness, self-care, abundance and thriving relationships. Why? Because the subconscious brain gets a little nervous about change! Change may potentially mean safety is at risk. What if… comes into the picture and bam! Next thing you know, you have talked yourself out of something you really really want.
I have discovered there are behaviors we all engage in that are signs stating you are indeed ripe for transformation.
Let’s dive into my top 5 unusual behaviors that are nudging you to act!
Number One: Trying to do it all on your own.
“I shouldn’t reach out to somebody for this. I should be able to figure this out myself.” “I don’t really want to get anybody else involved with this.” “I don’t want somebody to talk poorly about me or to think that maybe I don’t care enough.”
When this is happening, you are talking yourself OUT of help and out of solutions (aka- self sabotage). Here is the silver lining! If you can relate to talking yourself out of help, you are ready for transformation.
Research shows that women have a greater stress release hormone response when they are in community during challenging situations. Notice you are isolating, and choose the right connection and community instead.
Number Two: Looking in multiple directions to solve an issue.
You may find yourself saying “I just need to start a budget,” “schedule my time better” or “if I could just meal plan a little bit more”, or “I need a better exercise routine,” “I just need a weekend away” or “I think I will schedule a massage.”
These attempts (while super awesome and helpful in their own rite) are all too often band-aids to the root cause for continued struggle. The past can shadow the present if we let it.
Have you found yourself for a while now trying different approaches and solutions only to be disappointed? Do not fret my pet because it means you are READY!!!!! Ready, with care, to catapult yourself forward in transformation.
Number Three: You have some wild or recurring dreams; You wake up around 3:30-4:30 Am.
The Powers that Be are trying to help, heal and communicate with you.
Do you know how to interpret and make sense of these messages? If not, you are missing out on impactful reassurances of the changes you are attempting to make.
Number Four: Having the same argument with someone/or experiencing a challenging situation repeatedly.
It would appear as if the world is conspiring against you! Creating strife and drama when you are doing your best to be drama free. If you find yourself in these recurring frustrating situations, it is a sure-fire way to know that you are ready for love, healing and transformation. In truth, you are being presented with an opportunity to respond differently. Attempting to figure this out on your own and communicate differently is extremely challenging. Go back and revisit #1, because it is time to seek guidance and difficult situations will swiftly be filled with conflict resolution and Love.
Number Five: The Positivity Pitfall
Do you strive to be a positive and caring person? Seeing the best in people and situations? Not wanting to speak poorly of others and not be quick to judge?
If you know you are one of those beautiful positive people who holds onto hope and doesn’t want to upset the apple cart, you are on the verge of a transformation. Positivity can turn against you when it starts to turn into avoidance or excuse creating behavior.
The bright side! You are ready to take what isn’t working and harness your positivity for life-changing results. Your positivity can indeed turn into a superpower to communicating effectively with a loved one, a co-worker or friend; take control of your finances’ go after that promotion or upgrade your personal wellness.
