I have always admired Beth’s mission and we recently reconnected on her podcast- Fit2B Radio. It is amazing how we can all relate to this topic of urgency and juggling life.
When you believe in what you are doing, you SHINE.
It is my goal to personally shine and it is also my goal to show you how to shine. There is a lot of noise out there right now on the internet and in teachings. Noise about being “high vibe” staying in a state of gratitude and manifestation constantly. It is vital work. Vital! and I have found there is a key piece missing.
What about the moments you DON’T feel so wild & bright. What about the moments you are not feeling shiny, creative and taken care of. What about the moments you really honestly feel stuck or don’t know how to clear the air when communicating. What about the moments the noise is so loud around you, you cannot think clearly?
Taking a pause is VITAL. Realigning and attuning to our inner wisdom is vital. Rest is vital. Community with like-minded individuals is vital. Acknowledging the emotions we stuff down is vital.
The real leaders out there in the community and world are addressing the pain and suffering as much as the great need for gratitude, joy and happiness. We are on the Earth to experience both and to truly know that everything is happening for our good.
We need space to explore these concepts. I offer this individual space with private coaching sessions.
There is something missing with this though. So it has been a mission to shift the paradigm. Research shows women release stress FASTER (greater hormone balance) when they are in community with like-minded women.
